Global HR Systems Director

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to refine and drive our HRIS function at Stonewood Group Inc.
About the RoleThe Global HR Systems Director will be responsible for the deployment and evolution of HR systems that reduce administrative cost, empower managers and staff, make transactions more efficient, and enable our client to manage the employment lifecycle more effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize and integrate HR systems, including Success Factors, AssignmentPro, and SAP ECC.
- Develop and implement an employment lifecycle automation strategy.
- Design and implement an HR reporting plan that delivers action-oriented insight to the business on people-related matters.
- Lead change management and training activities across the organization.
- Establish strong relationships with the company's IT team and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR systems/change management experience, with a strong knowledge of SAP and Success Factors implementation.
They will also possess excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from complex data sources.
A university degree and global thinking experience are also essential.
