Director of Global Marketing Strategy

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Marketing Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization
  • Collaborate with global marketing colleagues and business partners to align on priorities and measurement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on global marketing strategy and execution
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
