Director, Global HR Strategy

Scotiabank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of its global HR organizational structure. As Director, HR Organizational Design, you will be responsible for shaping the future of HR at Scotiabank, driving business outcomes, and fostering a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global HR target operating model, defining standards and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with Global HR leaders and business stakeholders to design and implement a unified global HR structure, aligning with Scotiabank's business strategy.
- Lead a team of experts to develop and implement standard operating procedures for HR processes, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on HR-related matters, driving business outcomes and growth.
- Conduct diagnostics and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement, developing actionable recommendations to drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Proven experience in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and HR transformation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
