We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Business Operations Expert to join our team at S.i. Systèmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis and operations support to our clients, with a focus on contract management and business process improvement.

As a key member of our team, the Contract Business Operations Expert will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in this field is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and operations, with a focus on contract management and business process improvement
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with financial systems and tools, such as SWIFT and PowerBI
  • Knowledge of securities operations and settlements
  • Banking experience, particularly in capital markets and back-office operations
