We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Solutions Expert to join our team at ivari. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Life Insurance domain knowledge, analytical skills, and requirement gathering techniques to understand business needs. You will elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business and system requirements for supporting our external websites and internal web applications.

As part of our Enterprise Web Services team, you will provide end-to-end support throughout the systems development life cycle. You will leverage analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website trends, understanding digital user behavior and identifying opportunities for website enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business requirement documentation, system design specification, use cases, mockup web screen designs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Organize information gathered from multiple sources and present it in a manner that business stakeholders can review and approve.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on application(s) supported and liaise between the team and business stakeholders for functionality enhancements and new developments.
  • Conduct required analysis to arrive at solutions through the use of JAD sessions and/or related research gathering processes.
  • Engage in the development and execution of testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

You will work closely with web developers to ensure adequate tracking on key website features, provide web analytics dashboards on website engagement & performance, and identify key insights & opportunities for website enhancements. Additionally, you will provide implementation support, production support, and problem resolution for application systems and associated test environments.

This role requires post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. We seek candidates with 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent. LOMA certification is an asset.

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of management, business, IT, and vendor resources. Fundamental knowledge of website structure, design, web analytics, and web accessibility is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
