Job Summary:

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Client Delivery Canada Region. As a key partner, you'll support local leaders in determining priorities, challenges, and people needs to design and implement best-in-class people solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to implement and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and develop change management initiatives
  • Remain current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant
  • Foster a positive employee experience through employee engagement initiatives
  • Utilize Workday HRIS data and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • ~5-8 years of experience in a strategic HR business partnership role
  • Elevated bias for action and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategies and translate them into people strategies
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Experience with developing organizational structures, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administration

Target Compensation:

$125,000 - $145,000 CAD annually + annual bonus
