Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Description

The Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of a department, including personnel management, financial management, and work organization. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Administrative Techniques or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including personnel management, financial management, and work organization.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Oversee the activities of office personnel and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the department.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Administrative Techniques or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with administrative theory, systems, techniques, and practices.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates who possess:

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of the MSSS Network and administrative regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, a pension plan, and paid time off.
