Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job DescriptionThe Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of a department, including personnel management, financial management, and work organization. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Administrative Techniques or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including personnel management, financial management, and work organization.
- Compile and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
- Oversee the activities of office personnel and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the department.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Administrative Techniques or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with administrative theory, systems, techniques, and practices.
We also welcome candidates who possess:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Knowledge of the MSSS Network and administrative regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, a pension plan, and paid time off.
