Motel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at L&Z Resort Company Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome, and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans, promote our motel's services, and negotiate with clients for the use of our facilities.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, enforce policies and procedures, and address customer complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
