Motel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at L&Z RESORT COMPANY LTD. As a Motel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our motel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions and enforce policies and procedures
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies
  • Establish work schedules and organize inventory
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment:

The Motel Manager will work in a non-smoking environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work schedule will be 40 hours per week.
