Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and concerns, and providing assistance to guests with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in hospitality management is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and Central Reservation Systems.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work schedule will be 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
