Motel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at L&Z RESORT COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to improve performance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in motel management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
