We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Red Deer

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
  • Processing orders, inquiries, and quotations every day.
  • Achieving exceptional customer service levels consistently.
  • Verifying stock availability and recommending alternatives as needed.
  • Making follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
  • Making a minimum of four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
  • Assisting customers with e-commerce inquiries.

This role requires:

  • At least two years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • AS400 experience is considered an asset.
  • Electrical apprenticeship experience is viewed favorably.
  • In-depth product knowledge of the electrical industry is essential.
  • A team player mindset.
