SHREEJI FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 30-40 hour workweek.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
