We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to our high standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring that we are meeting our targets and making a profit.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
