Restaurant Operations Manager

At TACO TIME, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in monitoring revenues, staff performance, and implementing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity
- Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
