Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
DHE BOSS INC. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees and customers, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot computer systems and networks to identify and resolve technical issues
- Implement solutions to resolve technical issues, including installing software and hardware
- Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and networks
Requirements
- College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, including hardware and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
The Technical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
