We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Mayank Consultancy Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including tasks such as:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to staff members
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and other documents
  • Answering phone calls and responding to electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data and statistics as required

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
