At McKesson's Corporate, we're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our Biopharma Commercial Sales team.

Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and lead a high-performing sales team in the specialty health market. As a Senior Biopharma Commercial Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet ambitious targets and key performance indicators.

About the Role

  • Lead the sales and account management strategy for assigned customer portfolios, driving revenue growth and establishing McKesson as a leader in the specialty health market.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, setting targets and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure strategic alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales and account management team, ensuring high standards of performance are achieved.
  • Support team members in client meetings, guiding the development of compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Actively engage in prospecting activities with new manufacturers entering Canada, focusing on assigned portfolios.
  • Monitor competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors, and government departments.
  • Liaise with external partners to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness and exposure of the business.

Key Qualifications

  • Over 15 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence, with proven success in leading high-performing teams to deliver strategic sales and account strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with impeccable proficiency in English.
  • Strong executive presence, capable of engaging senior executives and managing their accounts to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver high-quality presentations that drive decisions.
  • Strategic relationship builder, capable of negotiating contracts to achieve favorable terms.

Our Total Rewards Package Includes:

$138,800 - $231,300 Base Salary
