We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join the team at Vulcan Hotel. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supervising staff and coordinating activities. They will be responsible for scheduling duties, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, they will ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, as well as supervise maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A client-focused approach
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You will be working in a hotel setting, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
