We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cashier Team Leader to join our team at Vulcan Hotel.

Job Description
  • This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and supervise staff, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cashiers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff members, as well as preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on performance.
