Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Vulcan Hotel.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in managing a fast-paced environment and leading a team of 5-10 people. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training new employees, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet productivity targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules that meet business needs while ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
- High school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
The Store Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent interactions with customers, staff, and senior management. The role requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
