Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Vulcan Hotel. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and presentation of our menu items.

• Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and satisfy customer preferences
• Schedule and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct inventory management to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize waste
• Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining establishment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detailed knowledge of nutrition, allergens, and special dietary requirements

• A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience
