At Yorkville Education Company, we're committed to providing exceptional support to our students. As a Program Advisor, you'll play a critical role in fostering student success and ensuring timely program completion or continuing enrollment in university programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure student commitment and engagement by following up with term registrations and resolving registration issues in a timely manner.
- Administer withdrawal and re-entry protocols, including reaching out to students on leaves of absence and those who have withdrawn to offer pathways and services to support re-enrollment.
- Prepare at-risk and grade reporting from faculty and assist with student retention and persistence reporting.
- Connect students with support services, including academic, financial, IT, tutoring, housing, and health and wellness services.
- An undergraduate degree and experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and faculty.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and the ability to quickly learn our student information systems.
- Flexible and able to work extended hours during peak periods for student registration and reporting.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation and continuous learning.
