Legal Counsel Opportunity at Q Wealth Partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing complex documents and agreements
  • Providing regulatory and compliance support to ensure business operations remain compliant with industry standards

  • Managing legal risks and conducting due diligence on potential transactions and partnerships
  • Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
  • A strong understanding of Canadian laws and regulations governing financial services
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
