In this Branch Office Administrator role at Edward Jones, you will be a critical member of a team that helps clients achieve their most cherished financial goals. Your strong ability to deepen and broaden client relationships will be essential in driving marketing activities, planning and executing events, and providing exceptional personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
• Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
• Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
• Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
