We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Associate to join our team at Coastal Community, the largest financial services provider based on Vancouver Island. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in growing new and existing relationships, offering a range of financial services to our members, and referring them to experts in our other business lines.

With over $4 billion in assets under management, we help improve the financial health of over 100,000 members and clients through our 24 branches, 16 insurance offices, 4 business centres, and wide range of online and digital services.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused professional with a passion for improving people's financial health. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members;
- Growing new and existing relationships through proactive engagement and referral activities;
- Working collaboratively with our team of professionals to offer comprehensive solutions to our members' financial needs;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary school diploma with an academic emphasis plus 1 year post-secondary education, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- A minimum of 3 years of financial experience, preferably in a sales and service environment;
- Proven sales experience and demonstrated leadership skills;
- Solid understanding of deposit products and services, as well as the competitive environment in the financial marketplace;
- Excellent social networking skills and ability to connect with individuals inside and outside the organization.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $41,161.00 to $58,685.00 per annum, depending on your unique skills and experience. In addition to a comprehensive total rewards package, you can expect:
