Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $47,256 and $56,707 per year, depending on location and experience. Our compensation package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, voluntary benefits such as accident and critical illness insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, tax-advantaged accounts like health savings and flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may also be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing.

About the Role

This Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a vital part of our client team, working closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a BOA, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service, taking an active role in annual business planning, actively listening for situations that indicate a need for additional services, and driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
