Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at SSI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and assistance to our organization.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a range of benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets, and depreciation;
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts;
  • Calculate statistical, financial, and accounting reports, prepare tax returns, and trial balance of books;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting;
