Job Title: Bilingual Application and Systems Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Application and Systems Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective bilingual hybrid learning interventions, with a focus on system and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs in English and French tailored to different user levels, from beginners to advanced users.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training and knowledge management strategies.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine the areas for training and build strategies and solutions accordingly.
  • Help shape a vision for digital learning by introducing and evaluating innovative tools, platforms, and styles, when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand the software's features, functionalities, and intended usage.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online tutorials.
  • Work with various teams to ensure that all existing and newly implemented technical solutions are well understood and properly employed by users.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst and the rest of the IT Team to understand updates and changes to different platforms we use.
  • Work closely with the organization's managers to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest updates and developments related to the application or software being trained.
  • Stay informed about emerging training methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience may include education with a focus in Business, Computer Science, Information systems or related field or equivalent hands-on career experience.
  • Three years or more experience as a software trainer or in a similar training role.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer certification or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 suite (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Bilingualism in French & English (spoken & written) required as you will be required to work on a daily basis with non-bilingual team members and/or clients across Canada and at Head office in Toronto.
  • Ability to provide clear explanation and detailed training to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively in English and French.
  • Patience and a customer-centric approach when working with learners.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and training evaluation methods.
  • Highly organized and able to manage training schedules and materials effectively.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Experience in providing training and e-learning of Microsoft Suite Technology is a must have.
  • Experience in providing training and e-learning of Dynamics 365 CE would be considered an asset.
  • Ability in delivering effective training and presentations.
  • Display self-motivation and ability to take initiative.
  • Proactive and dynamic in your approach to learning and development.
  • Experience in digital learning, capable of quickly adapting to new environments.
  • Good understanding of the business process behind a CRM System. Along with overall understanding of appropriate business processes and workflows.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of commonly used applications and systems.
  • Alignment with Futurpreneur's values and commitment to the mission/purpose of the organization.
