Job DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual Application and Systems Trainer

Le ou la formateur.trice bilingue en applications et systèmes sera responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre d'interventions d'apprentissage hybrides bilingues efficaces, avec un accent particulier sur les applications de systèmes et de logiciels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concevoir, développer et mettre à jour des programmes de formation complets en anglais et en français, adaptés aux différents niveaux d'utilisation, des novices aux utilisateurs.trices avancé.e.s.
  • Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des stratégies de formation et de gestion des connaissances.
  • Effectuer une analyse des besoins pour déterminer les domaines de formation et élaborer des stratégies et des solutions en conséquence.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration d'une vision de l'apprentissage numérique en introduisant et en évaluant des outils, des plateformes et des styles innovants, le cas échéant.
  • Collaborer avec les expert.e.s en la matière et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les caractéristiques, les fonctionnalités et l'utilisation prévue du logiciel.
  • Créer des supports de formation attrayants et interactifs, y compris des présentations, des manuels, des vidéos et des tutoriels en ligne.
  • Travailler avec différentes équipes pour s'assurer que toutes les solutions techniques existantes et nouvellement mises en œuvre sont bien comprises et correctement utilisées par les utilisateurs.trices.
  • Collaborer avec l'analyste d'affaires et le reste de l'équipe informatique pour comprendre les mises à jour et les changements apportés aux différentes plateformes que nous utilisons.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de l'organisation pour aligner les objectifs de formation sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Se tenir au courant des dernières mises à jour et des développements liés à l'application ou au logiciel faisant l'objet de la formation.
  • Se tenir informé des nouvelles méthodologies, technologies et meilleures pratiques en matière de formation.
  • Organiser des sessions de formation en personne, hybrides et/ou virtuelles pour des personnes ou des groupes d'employé.e.s, en tenant compte de leurs rôles et de leurs besoins spécifiques.
  • Impliquer les participant.e.s par le biais de supports innovants et appropriés pour des expériences d'apprentissage efficaces, tels que des PDF interactifs, des quiz modulaires, des webinaires, l'apprentissage électronique et des tutoriels vidéo.
  • Garantir des normes de qualité et une expérience utilisateur optimales dans la production du contenu de formation.
  • Animer des sessions de formation pratique au cours desquelles les participant.e.s peuvent s'exercer à utiliser l'application ou le logiciel en temps réel.
  • Adapter les méthodologies de formation et la diffusion du contenu pour tenir compte des différents styles d'apprentissage et niveaux de compétence.
  • Participer à des réunions de rétroaction avec l'analyste d'affaires pour comprendre les besoins en formation.
  • Évaluer l'efficacité des sessions de formation au moyen d'évaluations et de sondages de rétroaction.
  • Améliorer en permanence les programmes de formation sur la base du retour d'information et des performances des utilisateurs.trices.
  • Formuler des recommandations d'amélioration, le cas échéant.
  • Assurer le soutien et l'administration du service d'assistance informatique et de tous les problèmes liés aux systèmes informatiques.
  • Apporter du soutien et répondre à tous les tickets d'assistance entrants en utilisant Zendesk.
  • Soutenir les applications de l'organisation et les outils de productivité (c'est-à-dire O365, CRM, NAV, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, Trello, Business Plan Writer, UC One Communicator, etc.).
  • Effectuer l'imagerie et la configuration des périphériques.
  • Fournir et soutenir des services de support informatique selon les meilleures pratiques ITIL et les politiques et procédures internes.
Requirements:
  • Répondre aux exigences de l'emploi.
  • Être bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Avoir une expérience pertinente en tant que formateur.trice en logiciels ou dans un rôle de formation similaire.
  • Avoir une certification Microsoft Certified Trainer ou l'équivalent.
  • Avoir une expérience en soutien de la suite Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Avoir la capacité d'adapter les stratégies de formation pour répondre aux besoins de différents publics.
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension des processus opérationnels d'un système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension des processus opérationnels et des flux de travail appropriés.
  • Avoir une connaissance actualisée des applications et systèmes couramment utilisés.
