Job Title: EHS Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Trainer to join our team at Congruex. As an EHS Trainer, you will be responsible for planning and conducting job site safety inspections to identify hazards in the workplace, ensuring compliance with OSHA rules and regulations. You will also lead training seminars and review procedures with our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily safety job site audits
* Oversee worker safety and work quality
* Monitor tools/equipment condition and use
* Conduct investigations of all injuries and accidents
* Maintain all safety-related files, documentation, and reports
* Conduct and/or manage all training relevant to safety issues
* Review safety procedures
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Construction, or a related field
* 3-5 years' experience in construction safety
* Current OSHA Construction 10-hour or 30-hour certification
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Knowledge of State & Federal safety regulations and standards
