Job Overview

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PR and corporate communications, with experience in developing and executing effective communications strategies that connect with internal and external audiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creation and execution of internal and external communications that promote the agency's work, talent, and culture
  • Developing and maintaining media lists and communications calendars to track press coverage and plan awards submissions, communications programs, social promotions, events, and experiences
  • Collaborating with executives on thought leadership development and pitching, including providing editorial feedback and content strategy
  • Supporting the promotion of tentpole events with marketing materials, including deck development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and/or corporate communications, with experience in an agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to tell engaging stories and persuade through writing
  • A passion for creativity and our industry's creative product
  • The ability to create effective communications strategies and compelling messaging
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-moving business environment
