Job Summary:
Cook at CanGOLF. Plan menus, estimate food requirements, prepare meals, and train staff. Ensure food safety and maintain inventory. Work 30-40 hours/week in a restaurant setting with relocation costs covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for menu realization.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and food safety.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment for the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
