About the Job

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. The position involves establishing business partner relationships with senior leaders, providing financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision making, and integrating risk management processes to achieve our long- and short-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Establishing key revenue and expense drivers, forecasting, planning, and analytical support through the development of an aggregate financial plan.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date view of our financial performance, providing analysis and advice to the enterprise on initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Identifying needs and opportunities, brokering services from the Finance division to senior leaders.
  • Financial Risk Management: Integrating risk management processes to identify, monitor, and assess risks of not achieving our financial goals.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration, a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) designation, and a minimum of two years' experience at a senior consultant level. You should also possess strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of related finance concepts, and research and analytical skills.
