About the Role

As a Strategic Financial Analyst - Business Planning, you will act as a trusted business partner to clients, providing expert financial insights and guidance to support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and performance.
  • Design and implement financial models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop actionable plans for implementation.
  • Provide training and coaching to clients on financial planning and analysis best practices.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or strategy support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, general accounting principles, and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leadership, with a track record of delivering results-driven initiatives.
