Job Responsibilities:- Lead the financial reporting function to empower executive leadership and drive strategic decision-making through data, metrics, and insights.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand operational drivers and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of Board materials and key deliverables, including quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Own the production of Monthly Management results packages and monitor key performance indicators.
- Drive the continuous improvement of revenue forecasting processes.
- Lead analysis and reporting of gross margins, labour planning, sales commissions, and EBITDA improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- An experienced financial leader with 10+ years of experience and 3+ years in a management role.
- Strong SaaS and hardware experience in high-growth environments, with knowledge of revenue recognition in the mining industry.
- Advanced modelling skills and extensive knowledge of finance/accounting systems.
- Experience with mentoring and empowering direct reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights through visual charts and metrics.
- A CPA or CFA designation is required.
