We are seeking an experienced Director, Financial Planning to lead our strategic financial planning efforts. This role will drive both short-term and long-term budgets, capital planning, and forecasting.

Job Summary

This position would suit an experienced leader who is passionate about fostering a culture of strategic financial excellence and collaboration within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading corporate financial planning, budget analysis, and special projects, delivering high-impact financial analysis and reports that empower business decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and budgeting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Certificate in Public Accountancy (CPA) designation and a university degree in business, finance, or economics, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • A deep understanding of corporate financial administration, budgeting, and analysis
  • Knowledge of accepted accounting practices, principles, standards, and procedures, including reporting and costing procedures
  • Expertise in developing financial models, scenarios, and driver-based financial analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication skill with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders and Board members
