Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead - Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Stuart Weitzman, a luxury footwear brand part of the Tapestry portfolio. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing company initiatives, and maintaining operational standards in our North American Retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales results that meet or exceed store AOP and individual goals
  • Execute company initiatives and operational standards to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans
  • Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors
  • Complete all operational tasks, including maintaining store sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards
  • Replenish inventory on sales floor as needed
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
  • Be a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to meet SW Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
