Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and lead by example to ensure that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work with the sales team to meet sales targets and increase sales revenue.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-7 Months of Experience: Must have at least 1-7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership Skills: Must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and train staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle customer complaints and issues.
