- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the store's profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
