Workday Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Support Specialist to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. As a key member of our Global Workday AMS Team, you will provide front-line support for Workday queries and ensure seamless functionality of our platform in the North and Latin American time zones.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a production support environment, supporting Workday with expertise in troubleshooting process issues, condition rules, and calculated fields. You will collaborate with functional experts to roll out change requests, develop end-user guides, and contribute to Workday adoption.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 front-line support for Workday queries and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents assigned, escalating complexity to Tier 2 support as needed.
- Collaborate with Workday functional experts to roll out change requests and test new features.
- Develop and maintain Workday end-user guides, SharePoint learning contents, and contribute to end-user adoption.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
- 3-5+ years in Workday production support environment supporting Workday.
- Prior experience in a production support environment covering one or multiple functional areas.
- Experience troubleshooting process issues, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Good understanding of Workday core modules and security.
- Extremely high-level attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual language (English and French) skills are preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
