Workday Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Support Analyst to join our team at Aliaxis in Oakville, Ontario. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a global company that values collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide front-line support for Workday queries, manage functional tickets, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with Workday experts on change requests. Additionally, they will develop and maintain end-user guides and SharePoint learning contents to enhance Workday adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday production support environment supporting Workday
- Prior experience in a production support environment covering one or multiple functional areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates with bilingual language skills (English and French) will be preferred
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
