About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at ZDEXP CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics to meet business objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Provides physical accessibility accommodations, ensuring a welcoming work environment for all employees.
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Youth Support: Provides awareness training to employees, creating a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Indigenous Support: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
