Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to deliver against material cost take-out, cash flow, quality, and delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Supply Chain Strategies
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to deliver against material cost take-out, cash flow, quality, and delivery goals.
Manage the Supply ChainThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure world-class delivery for project sites.
Identify and Mitigate RisksThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for identifying high-risk suppliers and implementing actions to mitigate risks.
Manage Sourcing ActivitiesThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for assigned commodities, including negotiating agreements, quoting, establishing terms and conditions, and site support for large project execution.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for working effectively with business leaders, bid/proposal estimators, project managers, buyers, and site materials personnel to achieve business objectives.
Drive Project Identification and ExecutionThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving project identification, resource allocation, and execution in commodities.
Leverage Key Supplier RelationshipsThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leveraging key supplier relationships to resolve major supply issues at all sites.
Introduce Supplier InnovationThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for introducing supplier innovation to improve BrandSafway's costs and project execution.
Serve as a LiaisonThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for serving as a liaison between supply chain, other business functions, and suppliers to ensure team and suppliers are effectively supporting programs and projects.
Drive Consensus Decision MakingThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving consensus decision making in a matrix environment.
Analyze Key Spend DataThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for analyzing key spend data using a variety of sources to identify trends, investigate, and identify alternative sourcing options.
Consolidate the Supply BaseThe Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for consolidating the supply base to maximize economies of scale and allow for more seamless integration of remaining suppliers.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or a technical-related field is required.
Work ExperienceThree years of work experience in sourcing, procurement, heavy industrial service functions, or equivalent is required.
Technical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft tools for data analysis and communication is required.
Analytical SkillsStrong analytical skills are required.
Team PlayerA demonstrated team player with a strong initiative to win is required.
Professional Communication SkillsDemonstrated professional oral/written communication and influencing skills are required.
