Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at ZDEXP CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of operational logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Material Requisition and Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational logistics.
- Physical Accessibility: Provide physical accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access to our facilities and services.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs, support social and labour market integration, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Indigenous Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Work Language: English
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
