About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at Archmill House Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure the safety of operations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, and implement recommendations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
Working Conditions
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
