Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on inventory movements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with backup and support for manufacturing supplies, including knives and other equipment.
  • Work with the IT department to resolve MES communication errors and implement automation solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.
