About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Archmill House Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production metrics, inventory levels, and quality control.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control
    • Oversee the quality of products and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
