Job Description

The Cryptocurrency Institutional Sales and Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand NDAX's market presence.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, financial institutions, and other relevant partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and business development decisions.
  5. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency space.
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, including trends, products, and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
