- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with auto technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repair and maintenance services.
- Perform parts inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical advancements in automotive repair and maintenance.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Understanding of automotive parts and repair procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
